From concept to completion

Delivering successful communication projects requires a broad range of skills and expertise. We create client teams with the resources to deliver projects from concept to completion.

A typical client team might include some of the following people:

Account Manager
Oversees the running of the project on a day-to-day basis and is tasked with ensuring successful delivery of the project. They will manage the workflow to meet agreed key goals and objectives. This will involve attending all project meetings, communicating and implementing any agreed actions.

Design Director
Responsible for the creative concept and visual solution. They will ensure the messages and brand are communicated through the design and layout, typography, photography, illustrations, navigation and animation.

Technical Director
Has responsibility for the technical specification of all interactive projects. They will ensure a best-in-class solution is provided using tried and tested software development methodologies.

Artworker
Responsible for the initial document set-up and production of templates. They work-up all graphics and tables and make author’s amendments as required. They will check the files for typesetting issues and liaise with the design team. Once we have signed off the document, they will prepare the files for the printer.

Web Developer
Responsible for the implementation of web design concepts, creating fully interactive solutions that meet all technical and legislative standards.

Proofreader
Draws attention to bad grammar, inconsistent styles of writing, spelling errors and typographical mistakes. They will also appraise the overall project  for design consistency and colour usage.

Print Director
Oversees all aspects of printed matter for the digital, litho and web print market. Key aspects of the role include advising on printing techniques, optimising print budgets, management of critical timings and on-press quality control.
